Popping (flu)pills like candy

Outside appreciation is great but it doesn’t make you improve your work. Rather try and find challenges.

I was laying down on my bed when I suddenly fell through the soft surface. Down I went, trying to catch the metal strings that used to support my back. Felt like the fall was never-ending. The strings were now like skyscapers, wide and tall, spinning around me as the bed started to be further and further away.

After, what seemed like a very long time, I fell through the bottom. I was falling from the sky… felt peaceful. I was playing with clouds with my fingers, moving them from my index finger towards the little finger, under, over, under, and back. Moving at a high speed towards the ground the air kept pushing hair to my face.

I turned around to face the earth under me when I saw an airplane coming closer. It was landing so I hopped on. The airplane was upside down but it was getting ready to land so the wheel was out, allowing me to hold on to it.

Down on the ground, an army of munchkins was bringing gigantic popcorn to the airport. It was at least a size of a football field. That was for the airplane to land on. The popcorn smelled amazing and it felt like a big hug when the airplane landed on it. It bounced just a little just like when you jump in a pool of pieces of a foam mattress.

Felt like you’d never want to leave.

Those pills were Ibuprofin. I had a flu.
